How To Make A Giant Ice Cream Sundae Out Of CAKE!



Since I’m such a HUGE fan of ice cream, it only makes sense to cake myself another ice-cream cake for my BIG 40th birthday this year! That’s why, I’ve caked myself the ULTIMATE ice cream sundae - 12 chocolate, vanilla and “strawberry” cake scoops covered in Italian meringue buttercream that was inspired by Neapolitan-inspired ice cream flavors, and piled on top of layers of chocolate cake filled with more Italian Meringue buttercream. To top it off, I even added some melted chocolate drizzle, sprinkled on some large chocolate curls, and added fluffy whipped cream & a cherry on top!
