How To Make A Giant Ice Cream Sundae Out Of CAKE!



Since I’m such a HUGE fan of ice cream, it only makes sense to cake myself another ice-cream cake for my BIG 40th birthday this year! That’s why, I’ve caked myself the ULTIMATE ice cream sundae - 12 chocolate, vanilla and “strawberry” cake scoops covered in Italian meringue buttercream that was inspired by Neapolitan-inspired ice cream flavors, and piled on top of layers of chocolate cake filled with more Italian Meringue buttercream. To top it off, I even added some melted chocolate drizzle, sprinkled on some large chocolate curls, and added fluffy whipped cream & a cherry on top!

How To Make A Giant S’Mores CAKE



To make my Giant S’Mores Cake, I baked two large graham cracker cookies and sandwiched them between an all-chocolate ‘piece of chocolate’ Chocolate cake and a batch of my Ultimate Vanilla cake that I layered with Italian Meringue buttercream, toasted mini marshmallows and covered entirely in marshmallow fondant. Then, I toasted the whole cake with my brulĂ©e torch. YUM! Marshmallow lovers, you’re definitely gonna want S’More of this cake!

How To Make A GIANT Chocolate Eclair Out Of CAKE



With Chocolate Eclair Day just around the corner - what better way to celebrate than by turning this sweet French pastry into a giant CAKE!? To make this Giant Eclair Cake, I whipped up some of my Chocolate and Vanilla cakes, piped layers of Italian Meringue buttercream “shells” around the middle, gave it that ‘dipped’ look with some dark modelling chocolate. I even decorated it with fun colors and sprinkles and placed a little plaque on top to celebrate my mom’s birthday!
