Magnum White Chocolate & Cookies - Cookie Devotion


A sumptuous recipe that brings together three decadent ingredients to give the ultimate taste experience: cookies, ice cream and white chocolate.

Suggested recipe for 4 people

Ingredients:
4 Magnum white & cookies
100 g crumbled dark chocolate cookies
50 g white chocolate
Edible gold sprinkles
100 g chocolate mousse

For the cookies:
60 g dark chocolate
60 g butter
150 g sugar
2 small eggs
60 g flour
60 gr cocoa powder
¾ tsp baking powder

Preparation
For the cookies, melt the chocolate and butter in a large metal or glass bowl over boiling water
Once melted fold in the sugar and eggs, then the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder, with a spatula
Leave to rest in the fridge for at least 45 minutes
Pre-heat oven to 170 C
Once out of the fridge, form small balls of dough with your hands, place them on a parchment lined baking tray and press them down lightly (bake 4 cookie slightly bigger than the rest, you'll need them to finish the dish)
Bake for 10-15 minutes
Take them out and cut the bigger 4 in half while still hot
Melt the white chocolate while waiting for the cookies to cool
Plating - To be served immediately
Take 4 plates and make small dots with the melted white chocolate
Place the small cookies around the plate
Sprinkle some cookie crumbs in the centre, place Magnum on top
Spoon some chocolate mousse on top of the Magnum
Spoon some chocolate mousse on the 4 cookie halves, placing each other half on top of it to form a sandwich, place on top of Magnum
Garnish with cookie crumbs and gold sprinkles

SNICKERS Ice Cream Fruit Skewers


These Snickers Ice Cream Bar skewers are jazzed up with red, white and blue sprinkles for a simple Fourth of July treat.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 0 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes (+ 20 minutes freezing time)

Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients:

2 (1.8 oz each) Snickers Ice Cream Bars

1 banana, cut into 12 slices

12 strawberries

6 regular marshmallows, halved

1 oz white chocolate, melted

2 tbsp red, white and blue sprinkles

Instructions:

Cut each ice cream bar into 6 squares. Freeze for 10 minutes.

Evenly thread ice cream bar squares, bananas, strawberries and marshmallows onto 4 skewers.

Drizzle with chocolate; sprinkle with red, white and blue sprinkles.

Freeze on parchment paper–lined baking sheet for about 10 minutes or until chocolate hardens.

Creamy SNICKERS Whoopie Pies


A twist on a classic favorite, these yummy whoopie pies get a flavor boost with Snickers for an out-of-this-world treat.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes

Makes: 18 servings

Ingredients:

8 Creamy Peanut Butter Snickers Minis, divided

1 pkg (15.25 oz) chocolate devil’s food cake mix

3 eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/3 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup butter, at room temperature

2/3 cup icing sugar, sifted

2 tbsp milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Chop Creamy Peanut Butter Snickers Minis; set aside.

Beat together cake mix, eggs, 1/2 cup water and oil until well combined; fold in half of the chopped Snickers Minis. Drop generous tablespoonfuls of batter onto parchment paper–lined baking sheets, leaving 2-inch space between cakes. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until tester comes out clean when inserted into center of cake. Let cool completely on rack.

Meanwhile, beat together peanut butter and butter until blended; beat in icing sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth. Fold in remaining Snickers Minis.

Spread or pipe tablespoonful of peanut butter frosting onto flat side of 18 cakes. Cap with remaining cakes.

Tip: Alternatively, use vanilla cake mix.

SNICKERS Cheesecake Cups


Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 35 minutes (+ 4 hours 30 minutes standing time)

Makes: 12

Ingredients:

12 round chocolate wafer cookies

12 oz brick-style cream cheese, at room temperature

1/3 cup granulated sugar

Pinch salt

1 egg

1 egg yolk

3 tbsp sour cream

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

2 regular (1.86 oz each) Snickers Original, chopped

Instructions: 

Preheat oven to 325°F. Line 12 standard muffin cups with paper liners; place 1 cookie in bottom of each muffin cup. Set aside.

Using electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar and salt until smooth and fluffy. Beat in egg and egg yolk until blended; beat in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in half of the chopped Snickers. Spoon evenly over each cookie.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until just set. Sprinkle tops with remaining chopped Snickers. Let cool on rack for 30 minutes. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until thoroughly chilled.

Tip: Alternatively, substitute vanilla wafer cookies for chocolate wafer cookies.
