How To Make Fried Ice Cream Rolls



RECIPE:
1.4 fl.oz. of whole milk (3.5% fat or similar)
2.0 fl.oz. of whipping cream
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 pinch of salt
- stir in cooking pot until boiling - keep stirring
- fill the boiled liquid into a 9-inch steel skillet (don´t use a coated skillet or pan)
1 small piece of brownie
1/2 Oreo cookie
- crush the ingredients with two scrapers
- spread evenly in the skillet; you can use a steel whisk for spreading across
- place the skillet with the liquid into the freezer for 3 hours
- remove the skillet from the freezer
- take a thin scraper and scratch the frozen ice cream to rolls (keep room temperature as low as possible)
- place the ice cream rolls on a plate
- garnish your homemade ice cream rolls with a brownie, a cookie and some whipped cream
►quantity specifications based on a 9-inch skillet, you may have to customize the amount of ingredients based on the size of skillet!
Make sure that your ice cream liquid consists of 50% cream or more!

Ingredients

1 cup milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 tbsp instant coffee or espresso (2 tbsp for a weaker flavor, 2 1/2 tbsp for a moderate coffee flavor)
2 cups heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions for Making Homemade Coffee Ice Cream

Step 1: With an electric mixer or whisk, mix milk, granulated sugar, and instant coffee until the sugar and coffee have completely dissolved.

Step 2: Stir heavy cream and vanilla extract into the coffee mixture.

Step 3: Pour mixture into your ice cream maker.
