* (1 1/3) cups sugar

* (2/3) brown sugar

* (4) eggs

* (1/3) cup water

* (2) teaspoons vanilla

* (1) cup sour cream

* (¼) cup vegetable oil

TO DECORATE:

* Edible silver stars

* 4B (star) decorating tip

* Large decorating bag

* Small decorating bag

* Royal Blue food coloring

* Regal Purple food coloring

* Electric Purple food coloring
