Hand Painted Hero Cake Inspired By Margaret Braun



This week, JJR pays homage to his cake hero, Margaret Braun, by using her designs to create a tapered chocolate ganache cake with fondant polka dots, marzipan fruit, and lots of piping with royal icing.
