Giant Lasagna Cake



To make this Giant Lasagna Cake, I baked 8lbs of my Ultimate Vanilla Cake and stacked it in layers with my 50/50 mix (which is 50% gum paste and 50% fondant), chocolate rice puffs, and a “sauce” of my Italian meringue buttercream and seedless raspberry jam.
