These giant filled treats started with 18lbs of my Ultimate Vanilla Cake with the centers scooped out to make room for decadently flavored buttercreams: raspberry, blueberry, and of course my favorite mint chocolate and I Covered them with ivory fondant and topped off with a maple syrup glaze.
