Every year for my birthday, I bake an ice cream inspired cake! This year, I decided to cake a GIANT BANANA SPLIT! I used my Ultimate Vanilla, Ultimate Chocolate, AND my personal favorite Banana Cake, stacked with Italian Meringue Buttercream. To make this Giant Chicken and Waffles Cake, I used 16lbs of my Ultimate Vanilla Cake batter, decked out them out with ivory fondant details, and topped them off with rice cereal and cornflake fried chicken. Summertime Snickers Sliders

Guests will love these adorable dessert sliders that are a snap to assemble.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 12 servings

Ingredients:

12 slices prepared vanilla pound cake (1/2-inch thick slices)
12 Snickers Milk Chocolate Miniatures, cut in half diagonally
1 small tube prepared green frosting
1 small tube prepared red frosting

Instructions:

1. Using 1 1/2-inch round cookie cutter, cut out 24 rounds from pound cake slices (reserve remaining pound cake for another use).
2. Place 1 Snickers (cut in half) on 12 of the rounds. Pipe green and red frosting on top to resemble toppings. Cap with remaining rounds of pound cake.

Tips:
• Sprinkle tops with sesame seeds to resemble a sesame seed bun.
• Use leftover pound cake to make mini trifles with layers of chopped Snickers and vanilla pudding.
