DOVE Chocolate Mousse & Torched Marshmallow

With an easy two-ingredient chocolate mousse, this easy and elevated take on s’mores makes a tasty dessert that everyone will love.

Prep Time: 25 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes (+ 2 hours chilling time)
Makes: 12 servings

24 Dove Deeper Dark Chocolate 70% Promises, divided
1 1/2 cups 35% heavy cream, divided
12 square graham wafer crackers, lightly crushed
24 regular marshmallows
12 cocktail skewers

Instructions:

1. Chop half of the Promises and place in heatproof bowl; set aside.
2. Heat 1/2 cup cream in small saucepan set over medium heat until simmering; pour over chocolate. Let stand for 1 minute, then whisk until melted and smooth. Whisk in remaining cream. Cover surface with plastic wrap; refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours or until completely chilled.
3. Meanwhile, arrange crushed graham crackers in bottom of twelve (4 oz) Mason jars; set aside.
4. Place marshmallows on foil-lined metal baking sheet. Using kitchen blow torch, toast marshmallows until golden brown, directing the flame about 2 inches above marshmallows, working quickly and keeping the flame moving to avoid burning. (Alternatively, preheat broiler. Broil marshmallows on baking sheet on middle rack of oven for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.) Let stand for 10 minutes; thread marshmallows evenly on cocktail skewers. Set aside.
5. Using electric mixer, beat chocolate mousse until soft peaks start to form.
6. Spoon chocolate mousse over crushed graham crackers in jars. Garnish each serving with marshmallow skewer and 1 of the remaining Promises.

Tip: As a variation, use chocolate wafer cookie crumbles.
